HOW TO COMBAT STRESS
Harvard Health suggests there are five ways you can destress. Number 4 on their list is to unplug. They recommend pulling the cord on your TV or laptop and escaping. We can recommend going one better and trying a float tank. No phones, no TV, no outside stimuli. It’s just you in a dark float tank feeling weightless and giving yourself time to relax and reflex. 75 minutes of sensory deprivation can be just the ticket to helping feel renewed and reenergised. It won’t solve all the world’s problems, but it can give you the time needed to switch off or emerge from the salty water feeling inspired with a fresh view on how to change your life.
